(SCL)
Responsibilities
- Have ability to handle corporate action, corporate document and legal processing. Provide legal advices for the board of directors with ability to handle all legal issues for all company included : contract, tenders, acquisition, liquidation.

- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Business Law or equivalent
- Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
- Maximum age of 35 years old in 2014
- Fluent in English both oral and written

- Preferably Senior Associate / Supervisors specializing in Corporate Law/Legal Services

Key Account (KA)
Responsibilities
- Sell products from Service Division, find prospects and maintain relationships with customers in order to establish long-term cooperation to achieve the target

Responsibilities
- Monitor implementing of activities related to parts business both of sales and accounts receivable especially for the treated area in achieving the set targets.
