Dalam
upaya mendorong peningkatan ekspor non migas, pada tahun 1985 Pemerintah
Indonesia mendirikan PT. ASURANSI EKSPOR INDONESIA(Persero) atau
biasa disebut Asuransi ASEI yang bergerak di bidang asuransi dan jaminan untuk
mendukung pengembangan ekspor non-migas nasional berdasarkan Peraturan
Pemerintah No. 20 Tahun 1983.
Berbeda
dengan lembaga asuransi umum lainnya, Asuransi ASEI memiliki produk khusus yang
mengcover risiko yang ditanggung eksportir dan bank yaitu risiko kegagalan
pelunasan pembayaran ekspor, baik pembayaran kembali kredit ekspor yang
disalurkan bank kepada eksportir (asuransi kredit ekspor) maupun pembayaran
transaksi ekspor dari importir luar negeri kepada eksportir (asuransi ekspor).
Upaya
pengembangan program Asuransi Ekspor didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa
pengembangan dan peningkatan ekspor dapat lebih digalakkan dengan
dikembangkannya penggunaan berbagai cara pembayaran (terms of payment)
yang lazim berlaku di dunia perdagangan internasional, sehingga tidak hanya
terpaku pada penggunaan Sight L/C saja.

Requirements:
- Maximum 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university (GPA min 3.00)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in handling General Insurance
- Good command in English will be advantage
- Good communication skill
- Good personality, positive attitude and team player
General Affair Staff
Requirements:
- Support all operations office with all the equipment procurement process needs work
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable University (GPA minimum 3.00)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the related field
- Preferable experience in Construction and Tenders
- Computer Literate minimum Microsoft Office (MS. Word, MS . Excel, Power point)
- Good Command in English will be advantage

General Insurance Claim Staff
Requirements:
- Maximum 27 years old

General Reinsurance Staff
Requirements:

- Minimum 2 year experiences in handling General Reinsurance

Legal Manager
Requirements:
- Commited to continued professional learning in line with dynamic legal regulations locally and globally
- Graduate of a reputable University majoring in Law (Postgraduate preferred)
- Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in the related field
- Having experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred
- Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments covering multiple levels of courts
- Experiences in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying company during legal proceedings
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
- Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking
- Good personality, positive attitude and team player
Organizational Development Analyst
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or equivalent major from reputable university (GPA min 3.00)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Underwriting Staff (Credit Insurance)
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline (preferable Accounting/ Economics major) from reputable university (GPA min 3.00)
- Preferable experience in Insurance Industry, Banking Industry, and Financial Industry
- Computer Literate minimum Microsoft Office (MS. Word, MS . Excel, Power point)
- Good command in English will be advantage
- Good communication skill
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented
- Good personality, positive attitude and team player
