PT. Bhumi Phala Perkasa
Balikpapan didirikan pada tahun 1993 di Balikpapan. Kami telah menangani
berbagai proyek besar dan mengukir prestasi kinerja yang luar biasa sehingga
perusahaan ini bertumbuh dari usaha kecil menjadi perusahaan swasta besar.
Didorong oleh perkembangan industri-industri pertambangan, minyak, gas dan
petrokimia yang pesat di Balikpapan dan Kalimantan Timur, serta dukungan teknis
perusahaan penyedia utama kami (Berbagai perusahaan terkenal Amerika, Eropa dan
Australia), pada tahun 2006, PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa memutuskan berinvestasi
pada kantor dan tempat kerja baru. Tempat kerja dan kantor baru tersebut
memberikan kesempatan bagi PT Bhumi Phala Perkasa untuk meningkatkan kapasitas
semua divisi untuk mendukung industri-industri minyak, gas dan petrokimia. Saat
ini kami telah memiliki delapan divisi utama dan jajaran produk yang luas.
Divisi-divisi tersebut
meliputi Divisi Sistem Pendingin (fabrikasi, rekayasa ulang, perbaikan dan
pembaharuan radiator, pendingin minyak pelumas, pendingin gas, pertukaran
panas), Divisi Mesin (rekayasa ulang, perbaikan, pemeriksaan menyeluruh dan
pembaharuan berbagai macam mesin), Divisi Penyaringan (penyaringan yang canggih
dan aplikasi pemisahan), Divisi Pompa/katup (perbaikan, pemeriksaan menyeluruh,
dan pembaharuan berbagai macam pompa/katup), Divisi Crane (rekayasa ulang,
pemeliharaan, inspeksi, pembaikan dan penggantian berbagai tipe crane, Divisi
Permesinan (fabrikasi, rekayasa ulang, perbaikan dan pembaharuan) dan dua
divisi pendukung internal yaitu fabrikasi dan service (perbaikan). Saat

Senior Mechanical Technician
Operations:- Perform all maintenance and inspection routine (monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, and yearly) and repair of COMPANY’s lifting equipment (onshore and offshore Lifting Equipment), under CONTRACTOR’s Supervisor coordination and as directed by COMPANY.
- Reporting to CONTRACTOR’s supervisor on problem finding, action taken, action forward, etc.
- Perform all trouble shooting on problem finding under CONTRACTOR’s supervisor and as directed by COMPANY.
- Perform site campaign to do EQUIPMENT repair under supervision and as directed by COMPANY.
- Assist his Supervisor to assess, organize, train and motivate personnel to ensure the company has a competent and satisfied workforce.
- Lead the maintenance and repair activity on site.
- He carries out the on-site maintenance tasks withing field.
- He carries out maintenance operations andmodification of equipment in strict compliance with the COMPANY safety rules, CONTRACTOR maintenance procedure and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing that operations such as machine inspections and the like are carried out satisfactorily.
- He ensures the required level of availability of vital equipment on the production sites.
- To check the scaffolding tools condition and certification and report to supervisor if some anomalies / deviation found on the tools.
- Authorized person to tag the scaffolding prior being used.
- Qualified as Performing Authority.
Qualification required:
- The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate from Diploma School (Mechanical Engineering) with at least 2 years experience on offshore Lifting Equipment maintenance or
- Senior High School (e.g. SMA or SMK) with 4 years experience offshore in Lifting Equipment maintenance.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office 2010.
- Physical ability to go regularly to the onshore and offshore installations (or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site.
- Certified as Lifting Equipment/Heavy Equipment Mechanic from Lifting Equipment Manufacturers or well-known college or training center.
- Lifting Equipment Operator License (MIGAS B or C) or equal.
- Qualified as Scaffolding Assessor.
- Qualified as signalman.
- Trained work at height and work at height rescue.
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia or English.
- Technical Knowledge: API RP 2D, ASME B30 Series, MIGAS Regulation, and Lifting Equipment Maintenance & Repair Procedure.
Electrician Technician
Responsibilities:- Perform all maintenance and inspection routine (monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, and yearly) and repair of COMPANY’s lifting equipment (onshore and offshore) under CONTRACTOR’s Supervisor coordination and as directed by COMPANY.
- Reporting to CONTRACTOR’s supervisor on problem finding, action taken, action forward, etc.
- Perform all trouble shooting on problem finding under CONTRACTOR’s supervisor and as directed by COMPANY.
- Perform site campaign to do EQUIPMENT repair under supervision and as directed by COMPANY.
- He carries out the on-site maintenance tasks within his field.
- He carries out maintenance operations and modification of equipment in strict compliance with the COMPANY safety rules, CONTRACTOR maintenance procedure and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing that operations such as machine inspections and the like are carried out satisfactorily.
- He ensures the required level of availability of vital equipment on the production sites.
Qualification required:
- The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate from Diploma School (Mechanical Engineering) or Senior High School (e.g. SMA or SMK) with 3 years experience in the same field.
- Trained or Certified in safe load indicator calibration, Lifting Equipment electrical equipment and control, tower Lifting Equipment electrical system etc.
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Mechanic Technician
Operations:- Perform all maintenance and inspection routine (monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, and yearly) and repair of COMPANY’s lifting equipment (onshore and offshore Lifting Equipment), under CONTRACTOR’s Supervisor coordination and as directed by COMPANY.
- Perform all trouble shooting on problem finding under CONTRACTOR’s Lead Mechanic.
- Perform site campaign to do EQUIPMENT repair under CONTRACTOR’s Lead Mechanic and as directed by COMPANY.
- Perform all scaffolding job by using safe procedure and under scaffolding assessor supervision.
- Assist Lifting Equipment lifting operation and critical lifting together with Lifting Equipment operator maintainer under Sr. Mechanical or Supervisor Mechanical coordination.
Qualification required:
- The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate from Senior High School (e.g. SMA or SMK).
- Scaffold Rigger License / certificate.
- Basic Lifting Training Certificate from DEPNAKER or Equal.
- Lifting Equipment & Lifting Equipment or Heavy Equipment Operation, Maintenance and Repair.
- Training.
- Experience as Lifting Equipment Technician at least 1 year.
- Physical ability to go regularly to the onshore and offshore installations (or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site.
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Crane Operator
Responsibilities:- Operation of offshore cranes.
- Liaison with the Client, Service Engineer and deck crew.
- Performance of all pre-start checks on the cranes.
- Perform planned routine maintenance on a daily & weekly basis.
- Crane basic breakdown fault finding, repair and reporting.
- Identification and formal request of appropriate spares and services, required for minor repairs.
- Advise COMPANY offshore representative of forthcoming, non-routing maintenance activities.
- Assist support maintenance teams with planned campaign maintenance.
- Qualification required:
- The holder of this position must have the following qualifications:
- Min 3 years experience as a driver / operator of the offshore pedestal crane with minimum SWL or 25 tons in Oil and GasIndustries.
- All crane operator-maintainer shall have valid license to operate the crane by following Indonesia government MIGAS regulation and from international license.
- Graduate from High School (e.g SMA or SMK).
- Computer literacy in an advantage.
Lifting Equipment Supervisor
Responsibilities:- Maintenance planning and implementation.
- Review and update existing maintenance strategies and planned maintenance routines.
- Assistance with parts specification and general parts queries from COMPANY.
- Focal point for CONTRACTOR onshore and offshore personnel.
- First line technical support.
- Update maintenance strategies and routines under the guidance of the relevant standard and COMPANY policy.
- Update EQUIPMENT reliability and availability status reports.
- Review of COMPANY inventory and ongoing assistance with management of spare parts and EQUIPMENT.
- Preparation of reports for COMPANY weekly planning meeting and attendance as required.
- Inspection, maintenance and repair of COMPANY’s lifting equipment (onshore and offshore Lifting Equipment, overhead Lifting Equipment), lifting gear as directed.
- Preparation of reports identifying parts and services required for repair or ongoing operational requirements of Lifting Equipment.
- Execution of jobs including closeout, reports as defined by the CONTRACTOR’s work pack procedure, and approved by COMPANY representative.
- Supervision and coaching of mechanics and electricians onshore and offshore.
- Verifies the quality of his teams Interventions by frequent on-site checks.
- Ensures that the members of his teams have the qualifications and skill required for the tasks entrusted to them and if need be, suggests corrective measures.
- Day-to-day coordination with Lifting Equipment operators-maintainers.
- Coordination of HSEQ issues, including attendance at regular COMPANY HSE meetings.
- Qualifications required:
- The holder of this post must have the following qualification:
- Holding Mechanical Engineering Degree with at least 2 years Experience on Lifting Equipment design, engineering, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Have OPITO or API 2D or LEEA or Well Known Lifting Equipment on Lifting Equipment Maintenance.
- 10 years experience in performing the similar job of Lifting Equipment and lifting equipment maintenance/repair offshore in Oil and Gas Industries.
- Have Supervisory Training Skill Certificate.
- Have Computer Literacy minimum on Microsoft Office 2010.
- Have fully understand related industrial and MIGAS standard in operation, maintenance and repair of lifting equipment such as but not limited to MIGAS regulation, API RP 2D,ASME B30 Series.
- Ability to provide in-house technical training to Lifting Equipment Operators, Sr. Mechanical/Technician related to Lifting Equipment and lifting equipment operation, maintenance and repair activity.
- Have experience and Physical ability to work on onshore and offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
- Language: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- He must have proven ability as a leader of small teams. Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organizational ability. Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust he has in his teams, is essential.
